PRIOR TO BOARDING
We encourage you to
ring to arrange a visit for an
inspection, to ensure you are satisfied your feline friend will be well cared
for. Bookings can be made by phone or email. Advance bookings are suggested for Easter and Christmas , as these are
our busiest times. A deposit will be required for Easter and Christmas.
If booking is cancelled, the deposit is refundable up to one week prior to date
of booking. Minimum stay charge for Christmas. Drop off, pick up, and inspection times are by appointment only.
You are responsible
for the following:-
- You must provide proof that your cat is
currently vaccinated (minimum F3 vaccine). We will keep a record of your cats
vaccination, so you will only be required to show proof annually after each
booster, not each time you board your cat during the year.
Please
Note: If your cat has never been vaccinated,
is overdue, or will be due during their stay, then they must be vaccinated at least 2 weeks prior to boarding.
This ensures the health of all our feline friends.
- Ensure your cat is flea-free and has
been treated with flea control.
If the flea control is about to run out
or is overdue, please apply within 2 weeks of Boarding, or bring it with you. We
will be happy to apply it on the due date. This is for the comfort
of all our feline friends.
Please note: If your cat is found to have fleas, we will administer flea control, which you
will be required to pay for.
